I’m a lifelong filmmaker who is passionate about what all forms of story telling can do to move and inspire people.
WRITING
Being able to determine what needs to be said and then how to say it in an effective and articulate manner is perhaps the first and most foundational aspect of filmmaking and something I approach with careful consideration and the utmost respect.
DIRECTING
Direction benefits from being able to envision the whole project and that’s exactly I could never specialise exclusively in one discipline. I love all aspects of filmmaking and have skills in many of those areas. That breadth of knowledge is what allows me the perspective to direct the creative vision of a project with confidence and intention.
CINEMATOGRAPHY

EDITING
Once I’m finished shooting, I can’t wait to start sculpting and brining it together in post-production. This is where the film is really made. From editing to colour grading, my 20 years of experience give me the confidence to shape the film into something I can be prooud of.
COMPOSING
Music was actually my way into film. I used to listen to film scores all the time, more than ‘regular’ music. And my objective for filmmaking is to put story and images to music to create something moving. It’s that simple. If I culd only choose one of aspects of filmmaking to do, it would be music composition. It’s the most raw, creative and expressive of all the things I do.
